MATERIALS RESOURCES AND FLEET SUPERVISOR Department Administration / Operations / Materials Resources Reports to General Director / Manager Job Objective Ensure full control, tracking, auditing, and proper administration of the company’s vehicles, tools, and assets, guaranteeing that all items remain fully operational, properly documented, and accounted for at 100%, thereby preventing losses, theft, and improper practices. Functions and Responsibilities \* Full vehicle fleet control. \* Daily physical and mechanical condition inspections. \* Real-time tracking. \* Control of circulation permits, insurance policies, license plates, and registration fees. \* Up-to-date maintenance logs. \* Maintenance scheduling. \* Assignment control with accountability documentation. \* Tools and assets inventory. \* Periodic and unannounced audits. \* Weekly and monthly reports. KPIs \* 98–100% fleet operational rate. \* 100% valid documentation. \* Zero tools without assigned responsibility. \* Audits. Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or Mechanics. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in fleet control or materials resources management. Skills: \* Organization. \* Tracking. \* Integrity. \* Firm character. Salary and Bonus Structure Base salary: $12,000 net monthly.
