Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Summary:** The incumbent in this position will supervise material storage, handling, inventory control, and distribution within the plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all material-related operations. **What You'll Do:** * Supervise warehouse and point-of-use personnel, providing training and ensuring adherence to safety procedures and accident prevention practices * Ensure warehouse organization, monitor stock levels, and guarantee inventory accuracy (IRA/IDA) * Ensure on-time delivery of correct materials to the point of use * Comply with the quality management system throughout the material flow * Achieve the financial targets established for the Materials Department’s cost center **Required Education:** A completed bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Transportation and Distribution Engineering, or a related field is required. **What Skills You’ll Have:** **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** * Knowledge of operational procedures related to safety, quality, and efficiency. * Inventory control skills with accuracy exceeding 98%. * Ability to track key performance indicators such as response time and on-time delivery performance. * Knowledge of SAP-based reporting generation and development. * Ability to comply with and improve operational processes through detailed analysis. **Decision-Making and Critical Thinking:** * Ability to analyze inventory discrepancies and propose effective solutions. * Capacity to assess operational risks: such as unsafe conditions, improper material storage, or inefficient routes. * Ability to assign tasks to personnel based on skills, workload, and priorities. * Ability to resolve operational problems in real time, prioritizing efficiency and safety. * Knowledge of operational risk assessment and quality audits. **Problem Solving:** * Ability and effectiveness in timely detection of deviations in processes, inventories, or safety conditions. * Knowledge of implementing practical solutions by coordinating human and material resources. * Ability to optimize processes through continuous improvement. * Ability to make rapid and effective decisions, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and goal achievement. **Additional Information:** * This position is located at the plant in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX. * Working hours are Thursday through Sunday, day shift. * Availability to work outdoors is required, implying exposure to variable weather conditions. * Flexibility to work additional hours according to production line support needs is required. * Domestic travel is required up to 10% of the time. * Relocation assistance is not offered for this position. **Final Details** Please frequently check the email associated with your application, including your spam/junk folder, as this is our primary method of contact.
