Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Support Assistant with experience in systems, IT, and computer maintenance to provide on-site and remote assistance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fast and efficient technical assistance to users. **Junior Technical Support Assistant** **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 1 year of proven experience in technical support and computer maintenance. * Solid knowledge of operating systems, office software, and antivirus programs. * Ability to effectively identify and resolve technical issues. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Availability to provide both on-site and remote support. **Main Responsibilities:** **Computer Maintenance:** Perform equipment diagnostics and preventive/corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance. **Software Installation and Updates:** Install and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus programs to protect our systems. **Technical Support:** Provide fast and efficient technical assistance, resolving hardware and software issues both on-site and remotely. **Equipment Configuration:** Configure new equipment and ensure readiness for use, meeting company and user requirements. **Documentation and Recordkeeping:** Maintain detailed records of support activities, documenting identified issues, applied solutions, and maintenance performed. **User Training:** Provide basic assistance and training to users to help them maximize their technological tools. **Continuous Improvement:** Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of our systems and processes. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits * Short-term career growth * Life insurance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00 hrs (including 2 hrs for lunch), and Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs
