Main responsibilities will include resolving incidents remotely and on-site, as well as performing general maintenance of IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, and peripherals. The role also involves installing and configuring operating systems and various software applications. The selected candidate will assist in maintaining local area networks and will receive specific internal training for inspection, maintenance, and basic repair of professional printers. Additionally, the candidate will provide on-site technical support and perform other technical tasks directly at client premises. Strong learning ability, teamwork, and excellent customer service will be highly valued. A technical qualification in IT, systems, or telecommunications is required (e.g., CFGM/CFGS in IT, Microcomputer Systems and Networks, ASIR, or equivalent). A full-time permanent contract is offered for this opportunity in Mérida (Badajoz).
