Age: 26 to 45 years old Experience: Basic or intermediate experience in IT technical support (academic or professional). Prior experience in incident handling, monitoring, or supporting technological platforms is valued. **Skills:** · Ability to analyze problems and follow procedures. · Strong communication skills to explain issues and solutions. · Service-oriented attitude and user support. · Organization, responsibility, and incident tracking. · Ability to work collaboratively in a team. · Strong willingness to learn new technologies. · Stress tolerance and incident management capability. **Main Responsibilities:** Ø Reporting and diagnosing system failures, errors, or incidents. Ø Verifying the status of backend services developed in Django. Ø Monitoring PostgreSQL database status (connectivity, availability, common errors). Ø Executing and verifying automated tasks and asynchronous processes. Ø Validating network connectivity, ports, and services on Linux servers. Ø Restarting services, reviewing logs, and applying previously documented procedures. Ø Escalating complex incidents to the development team with clear and well-documented information. Ø Logging tickets, incidents, and applied solutions. Ø Assisting in basic system testing and validation of fixes. **Required Technical Knowledge** **Basic / Intermediate** ü Linux usage (basic command line, service management, log review). ü General concepts of web applications (backend and frontend). Basic networking knowledge (IP, ports, connectivity). ü Basic PostgreSQL database management. **Desirable** ü General knowledge of Django (not deep development). ü Familiarity with Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks. ü Basic knowledge of MQTT and Mosquitto. ü Understanding of asynchronous processes using Celery. ü Experience with ticketing systems or help desks. **We Offer:** Job stability Statutory benefits Training Growth opportunities Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–14:00 Salary: $10,000.00 to $12,000.00 monthly, depending on qualifications.
