




Job Summary: Assist in ensuring the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure and security systems through preventive and corrective maintenance, inventory management, and technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. CCTV maintenance and access control 2. Computer equipment and connectivity hub maintenance 3. Hardware, software, and network technical support Assist in ensuring the operational continuity of the technological infrastructure and security systems, with special emphasis on preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and the organization’s electronic and digital security systems. **Responsibilities and Main Activities** ***CCTV Surveillance Systems:*** Preventive/corrective maintenance of cameras installed at heights below 3 m; cameras installed at greater heights or in hard-to-reach locations are excluded, as are replacements and/or new installations. ***Access Control:*** Preventive/corrective maintenance of RFID, biometric, proximity, and other types of readers, including replacements and/or new installations. ***Computer Equipment:*** Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on all computer equipment within the company’s technological infrastructure; inspect/test structured cabling functionality; verify Nobrake/UPS power supplies to prevent system outages; and perform replacements and/or new installations. ***IDF Connectivity Hubs:*** Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on IDF hubs installed in booths and perimeter locations at heights below 3 m; hubs installed at greater heights or in hard-to-reach locations are excluded. Ensure general cleanliness, organized cabling, and labeling of active services according to their connections on patch panels and/or switches, as well as replacements and/or new installations. ***Inventory Management:*** Maintain an updated register of technological assets and security equipment. ***Level 0 and Level 1 Technical Support:*** Assist in addressing hardware and/or software incidents and resolving local network (LAN/Wi-Fi) connectivity issues. **Required Profile** **Education:** Technical diploma or incomplete Bachelor’s degree/internship status in Computer Science, Computer Systems, Electronics, or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in technical support or electronic security installation roles. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency with hand tools and multimeters; ability to logically and quickly diagnose faults.
