Key Responsibilities: * Provide remote and on-site support for basic questions regarding software installation, licensing, infrastructure, and server administration. * Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, and structured cabling networks; troubleshooting capabilities. * Troubleshooting issues with laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. * Installation and configuration of network equipment running Windows 10 operating system, and printing devices. * User data backup. * Physical inventory control of current and newly acquired IT equipment. * User account administration and management. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Ticket handling.
