About the Team: About the Role: Responsibilities: Responsible for analyzing and ensuring material availability to support packaging lines, guaranteeing inventory control, as well as assigning finished goods (FG) for efficient export delivery and domestic product transfers via our 3PL. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise activities with 3PL * Conduct statistical analysis (IRA, CFR, storage capacity, etc.) * Manage inventory via stock ledger (kardex) * Generate picking lists (assign SKUs for FG preparation, as well as materials for line replenishment) * Verify release of finished goods and packaging materials by Quality * Manage rejections, returns, and destruction * Maintain inventory control via SAP * Execute timely SAP movements (receipts, issues, transfers, relocations, adjustments, etc.) * Review 3PL expense templates * Maximize FG reconditioning; otherwise manage FG (regular and/or fiscal) * Confirm timely FG availability for invoicing * Ensure FG review with CRT * Complete and attend operational and KPI review meetings * Organize and schedule supplier appointments * Review documentation for received materials from suppliers * Raise inspection requests to Quality * Assign inspection analysis (batch) * Audit shipment loads * Audit deliveries to packaging lines, unloading and loading at contract manufacturers, co-packers, and material returns * Coordinate floor workforce operations Required Skills and Experience: * SAP proficiency * Experience and knowledge of WMS, preferably SAP-based * Experience in raw material (RM) and/or finished goods (FG) warehouses * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Advanced Excel * Intermediate English * People management (teams of up to 10 people) Flexible Working Statement: Flexibility is key to our success.
