Position Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Coordinator to plan, direct, and supervise technological infrastructure operations, ensuring service availability and reliability. Supervises physical and logical security of the technological infrastructure. **INFRASTRUCTURE COORDINATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineer in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related field. * Intermediate English. Corporate LAN, WAN, and WiFi network administration * Management of physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux; Windows preferred) * Backup and disaster recovery (DRP) systems * Perimeter security and firewall policies * Server virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) * Cloud service administration (IaaS, SaaS) * Infrastructure monitoring systems * Structured cabling and data centers **RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\)** Plan, direct, and supervise operations of the technological infrastructure area (networks, servers, communications, user devices), ensuring service availability and reliability. **2\)** Design and implement policies, procedures, and standards for technological infrastructure administration, aligned with information security regulations. **3\)** Manage and control technological infrastructure assets (hardware, software, licenses, network equipment), maintaining updated inventories and optimizing utilization. **4\)** Administer and supervise backup and disaster recovery (DRP) systems for critical infrastructure, ensuring business continuity. **5\)** Coordinate with technology service providers, supervising contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and resolving escalated issues. **6\)** Supervise physical and logical security of the technological infrastructure (CCTV, access control, firewalls, monitoring systems). **OFFERING:** Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Coyoacán Salary negotiable based on experience Superior benefits Position Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000\.00 \- $28,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
