IMSS Assistant Requirements: **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Internship experience. * Proficiency in Excel, the IMSS portal, and accounting systems such as SUA or IDSE. * Preferred background in Accounting, Administration, or related field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process IMSS affiliation transactions, including registrations, cancellations, changes to employer registration, and salary adjustments. * Complete, track, and manage workplace risk reports (ST7), and file the workplace risk insurance premium declaration. * Calculate IMSS contributions, RCV, and INFONAVIT payments (via SUA) and perform reconciliations. * Administer and manage workplace risk data in SUA to calculate workplace risk insurance premiums. * Track INFONAVIT housing loan credits for employees. * Monitor disability pensions. * Directly attend to requests at the offices of both institutions: IMSS and INFONAVIT. **Benefits and Additional Perks** * Uniforms * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Direct employment contract with the company and job stability Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Preference: Age 18–25 Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
