




* Support recruitment and selection processes (posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews). * Manage and update personnel files (physical and digital). * Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other administrative personnel documentation. * Support the organization of training sessions, internal events, and performance evaluations. * Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) to staff, ensuring proper registration and control. * Organize and archive payroll documentation systematically for easy access and auditing. * Maintain an updated personnel database (ERP, Excel, or other system). * Manage the issuance and replacement of staff credentials.
