




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Generalist or Assistant with solid experience to manage recruitment, hiring, payroll, and regulatory compliance processes, with a results-oriented and continuous improvement focus. Supervision of compliance with internal policies and processes. **Profile Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed). * Solid experience as an HR Generalist or Assistant (2 years). * Knowledge of payroll, social security, and tax-labor compliance. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Proficiency in Nomipaq, as well as IDSE, SUA, IMSS, and INFONAVIT platforms. * Strong results orientation and regulatory compliance focus. * Valid driver’s license **Responsibilities** * Posting administrative and operational job vacancies. * Recruitment and hiring of personnel. * Employee onboarding and induction. * Employee registration in systems. * Control and safeguarding of personnel files. * Collection and submission of incidents. * Internal calculation and preparation of weekly and biweekly payroll. * Calculation of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISN contributions. * Administration of workplace climate and employee satisfaction surveys. * Identification of training needs and opportunities for continuous improvement. * Supervision of compliance with company policies, internal regulations, and processes. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary $12,000 + Performance bonus $1,000 + Food/gas vouchers $1,500 * Statutory benefits. **Work Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (Saturdays remote). * Fracc.
