




Grupo Siayec, a leading company in the implementation of Information Technology solutions, is seeking a Dispatcher – Help Desk. Objective: * Document and manage incidents and events for Grupo Siayec’s Help Desk. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in IT (Systems, Computing, Informatics, or related fields) – Graduated, preferred, or currently completing graduation requirements. * Technical English – conversational level preferred. * Basic knowledge of Networks, Switches, and Routers (preferred). * Knowledge of the OSI model. * Experience not required; internships or social service experience accepted. Work Schedule: * 12-hour shifts. * Day shift: 4 working days followed by 3 days off. * Night shift: 3 working days followed by 4 days off. * Shifts rotate every 15 days.
