Job Mission: The Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily departmental operations, ensuring proper performance and optimal coordination, addressing all customer requests, and committing to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction. What will you do? * Supervise the Guest Service team, ensuring efficient execution of daily operational processes, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences, personalizing stays, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations. * Ensure adherence to the established customer service strategy, efficiently managing all guest requests and committing to achieving full guest satisfaction. * Supervise the correct use of various customer experience management tools, as well as Voice of the Customer results, ensuring achievement of set objectives and supporting supervision of improvement plans when necessary. * Place material orders following established guidelines to optimize financial resources and ensure appropriate inventory control within the department. What are we looking for? Knowledge of hotel operations. 2 years of experience in a similar position. Advanced English. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365\.
