




Position: "**DOCUMENT PREPARER**" **Gender: Indistinct, maximum age 45.** **Academic level:** Technical degree in Computer Science and/or Technical High School Diploma and/or Incomplete High School Diploma. Skills: * ·Problem solver. * Decision-making ability. * Organized. * Committed. * Adaptability. * Teamwork. * Availability. Mandatory: Support the Coordination of Document Reception and Reintegration in carrying out operational activities, including: * Document Preparation: Performs file handling activities, removing elements that hinder scanning (clips, staples, fasteners, etc.). * Document Reintegration: Returns processed files to their originating unit, preserving the order and manner in which they were received (if applicable, reinserts fastening elements removed during the document preparation stage). · And other activities related to service delivery. Periodic activities: * Maintain an individual record of assigned documents/files. * Record daily individual productivity. * Notify supervisor of any incidents occurring within the area during daily tasks. * Cross-check lists of documents/files and/or documents’ delivery\-reception records. * Identify, classify, and organize documents/files according to the client’s technical requirements. * Locate, distribute, and relocate document storage units within the work area assigned by the client. * When applicable, verify that paginated documents are complete. * Support other participating areas in the Digital Document Transformation process when requested. \* **Good personal appearance, courteous demeanor, and willingness to learn are required.** Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break. Monthly net salary offered: $8,000.00, plus statutory benefits. Position type: Full-time, project-based or fixed-term contract. Salary: $8,000.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment.
