DE C.V. is seeking Field Technical Support in Lomas De Querétaro - Querétaro, Querétaro** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer sites. Provides scheduled services such as inspection, cleaning, and others, and performs minor repairs of products within an assigned territory. Inspects products to verify proper operation and resolves detected issues or escalates them to higher support levels according to established procedures. Schedules services, completes all required documentation, and collaborates with customers to ensure their satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality. **Responsibilities:** * Becomes familiar with field service technician practices and procedures. * Under guidance and/or in collaboration with more experienced technicians, performs one or more of the following tasks: Incident management: uses diagnostic tools to resolve issues through detailed analysis of hardware and software failures. * Performs component-level hardware repairs. * Cleans and adjusts mechanical components. * Configures and installs applicable software. * Preventive maintenance: performs routine checks according to documented procedures. * Replenishes consumables per instructions. * Installs, relocates, adds, replaces, and removes hardware and software products. * Customer training: instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software. * Participates in periodic hardware and software training (on-the-job, classroom, and online). * Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed KPIs. * Collaborates on special projects as assigned. **Requirements:** * Education: Minimum high school diploma or completed technical degree * Experience: 0–2 years of experience in technical support (hardware and software) and customer service * Basic knowledge: Multimeter, operating system installation and updates, hand tools * Availability to work 90% in the field **Desired education level:** Upper Secondary **Desired experience level:** Entry Level **Departmental function:** Maintenance and Repairs **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods **Skills:** * Organization * Teamwork * Customer Service *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69694f858800003c00931ad5&source=indeed*
