




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager for corporate environments to oversee maintenance, finance, and personnel management, handle projects, and address client requests. Manages finances, budgets, and cost analysis **Facility Manager** Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facility Manager in corporate settings Knowledge of safety and hygiene, asset security, procurement, budgeting, and KPIs Experience managing technical staff and vendor administration Conversational English (B1 level preferred; B2 ideal) Excellent client-facing skills Willingness to travel occasionally **Job Responsibilities** Administer preventive and corrective site maintenance per contract requirements. Perform financial tasks including budget administration, cost analysis, and invoicing. Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff across various areas. Manage contractor work projects and propose improvements for the client. Address client requests per commercial contract terms and maintain the annual plan at all times. Manage maintenance of assigned infrastructure and uphold the SHE management system. Supervise 4 remote sites. **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary of $30,000 MXN (pre-tax), statutory benefits, and biweekly payroll. Additional benefits: Savings fund, 5% savings plan, 6% food vouchers.
