Customer and supplier relations **Description:** ---------------- A market-leading e-commerce company specializing in dietary supplements is seeking a Personal Assistant to the General Management. **Responsibilities:** * Scheduling the Director’s calendar. * Tracking activities to be carried out within the company. * General administrative support. * Customer and supplier relations. * Purchasing. * Use of Microsoft Office suite for company documents. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency: pivot tables, formulas, etc. * Intermediate-level Word and PowerPoint proficiency. * Preferred: Upper-intermediate English (B2). * Preferred: Ability to create designs on platforms such as Canva. * Availability: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. **The company offers:** * Monthly salary of 12,000 to 15,000.
