




Position Summary: The ERP Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs on ERP system usage for procurement teams and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and efficient system utilization. ERP Trainer Position Summary: The ERP Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs related to ERP system usage. This role will provide procurement teams and stakeholders across various departments and regions with the knowledge, tools, and best practices required to ensure consistent and efficient ERP utilization. Key Responsibilities: \- Design and deliver (in-person and virtual) training programs on Procurement, Warehouse, Accounting, and end-user processes across different departments. \- Develop training materials and instructional guides tailored to users of varying proficiency levels. \- Conduct refresher sessions and workshops to reinforce compliance and best practices. \- Serve as an expert on procurement methodologies, procurement standards, and system usage. \- Ensure training content reflects current corporate policies. \- Monitor training effectiveness and propose improvements. \- Support governance by ensuring compliance with procurement and audit standards. \- Collaborate with internal departments such as IT, Finance, Operations, and others to align ERP usage with strategic business objectives. **Experience Requirements:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience delivering training programs, preferably with experience in Procurement. \- Familiarity with procurement ERP platforms (e.g., BirchStreet, SAP Ariba, Oracle, or others). **Education:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. **Technical Skills:** \- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. \- Experience using virtual collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. \- Experience with ERP systems and modern procurement software. **Additional Requirements:** \- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (approximately 35%). \- Professional-level advanced English proficiency. \- Ability to deliver training and develop learning programs. \- Adaptability to multicultural and multi-regional environments. \- Excellent communication and presentation skills. \- Ability to guide and motivate users in adopting new technologies and practices.
