You will work with multigrade groups (elementary, middle, and high school), fostering learning, reinforcing key skills, and supporting students in achieving their academic goals. Candidate Profile Maximum age: 29 years old. Student in final semesters or recent graduate of undergraduate programs related to education. Genuine vocation for teaching and lifelong learning. Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents, demonstrating empathy and patience. Proactive, responsible attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Interest in gaining practical experience in education and startup-like environments. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Delivering and supporting classes for elementary, middle, and high school students (multigrade format). Providing academic mentoring, homework assistance, and subject reinforcement across disciplines. Conducting personalized academic follow-up and preparing progress reports. Supporting lesson planning and the design of learning activities and experiences. Collaborating with the teaching team, proposing ideas and improvement initiatives.
