Responsibilities: * Design of social media content (posts, stories, reels). * Support in managing and publishing content on digital platforms. * Basic video editing for short-form formats (Instagram Reels / TikTok). * Customer service and follow-up via WhatsApp, direct messages, and other digital channels. * Collaboration in marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions. * Support in design tasks related to branding. Requirements: * Proven experience in social media design. * Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop and Illustrator essential; Premiere or After Effects desirable). * Strong visual judgment, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Excellent writing and communication skills. * Ability to work agilely and complete tasks independently. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with consumer brands, e-commerce, or retail. * Knowledge of results-oriented content creation (engagement or sales). * Experience managing social media accounts.
