You must comply with the Guidelines of the Responsible Verification Program issued by the Secretariat of Environment and Territorial Development—Currently in Force—as well as respect the standards established by the DEKRA Organization. **What You’ll Do:** * Attend to the customer/user upon their arrival * Handle complaints, suggestions, and claims (if applicable) * Perform your duties under the supervision of the CVR Manager * Ensure accurate technical information is entered into the Responsible Verification Center system **What You’ll Bring:** * Your ability to integrate into teams * Your commitment to customer service **Desirable:** * High school diploma or technical high school diploma.
