Excellent communication skills and customer orientation **Join our team as a Customer Service Executive!** At **Hostech**, we are looking for a service-oriented individual with a solutions-focused mindset and excellent customer interaction skills to join our customer service team. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum **2 years of experience in customer service** * Proficiency in **reservation systems or similar platforms** * Bachelor’s degree in **Tourism, International Business, or related field** * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via **phone calls, messages, and emails** * Management of **reservation systems** * Preparation of **quotations and reservations** * Handling of **cancellations and modifications** * **Escalation of cases** to respective departments * **Documentation of requests** and follow-up * **Payment verification** and support in related administrative processes **We Offer:** * **Salary:** $11,135 net monthly * **Food vouchers:** $1,370 net monthly * **Statutory and above-statutory benefits** **Work Schedule:** * Rotating **8-hour shifts** * Service window from **7:00 am to 11:00 pm** * **2 rotating rest days per week** * **Remote work option for night shifts** If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and becoming part of a dynamic team, **we want to meet you!** Salary: $12,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
