Responsibilities * Develop and supervise commercial strategies to achieve sales objectives. * Supervise quotation management, sales closures, and negotiations with key clients. * Monitor and analyze sales reports, market trends, and team performance. * Negotiate agreements and rates with strategic tourism suppliers. * Follow up on incidents or requirements reported by the commercial department. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business Administration, Tourism, or related field. * Minimum 6 years in supervisory or commercial management positions within the tourism sector. * Solid knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and team management. * Experience managing tourism suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.). * CRM proficiency. * Intermediate\-advanced Excel. * Knowledge or experience with **AI** (Artificial Intelligence).
