**MOTORCYCLE COLLECTION MANAGER** As a field collection manager, you are responsible for validating the data of customers who apply for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. Main responsibilities: * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best solution that enables them to keep their accounts current. * Provide respectful and friendly service to our customers. * Ride a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using the required and necessary protective gear. Candidate profile: * Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle riding skills. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills.
