




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in invoicing, collections, legal compliance, and customer service, proficient in handling government portals and Office software. Ensures legal compliance regarding permits, REPSE, ICSOE, and SISUB. **Accounting Assistant** * Requirements * Gender: Unspecified * Age: 30–45 years * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. * Skills and/or Knowledge * Excellent oral and written communication * Customer service orientation * Proficiency in Office software; intermediate Excel proficiency required * Knowledge of government portals: SAT, REPSE, ICSOE, SISUB, etc. * Negotiation skills and fluency in speech * Responsibility * Willingness to learn **Job Responsibilities:** * Invoicing * Issue and manage electronic invoices through the corresponding invoicing portals * Verify correct assignment of tax data, descriptions, amounts, and payment terms on each invoice * Manage client-specific invoicing portals to ensure timely delivery of monthly invoices * Collections and Financial Reporting * Monitor accounts receivable to ensure adherence to established payment deadlines * Generate weekly and monthly accounts receivable reports * Prepare specific reports, such as guard cost per client, to provide detailed and strategic information to management * Reconcile payments and maintain updated account balance information in accounting systems * Legal Compliance and Regulations * State and Federal Security Permits * Annually apply for and manage state and federal security permits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements * REPSE Registration: Register and maintain up-to-date the Registry of Specialized Service Providers and Specialized Construction Works, complying with labor regulations * Workforce Status Report: Prepare the monthly workforce status report and submit it to public security authorities on time * Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Manage the annual CSR Distinction process, ensuring all established criteria are met * Submit ICSOE and SISUB reports quarterly, fulfilling obligations related to subcontracting * Contract Preparation * Draft and manage customized contracts for each client, ensuring inclusion of specific terms and compliance with applicable legal provisions * Customer Service * Address customer inquiries related to invoicing, balances, statements of account, and contracts. Salary range: from MXN 10,000 to MXN 12,000 per month Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
