Apply now and join our team. **Job Mission:** Provide strategic marketing and sales support through call and lead management, ensuring professional engagement with potential customers, while also collaborating on event organization and content creation for marketing and internal corporate communications. **What You’ll Do:** * Answer incoming phone calls from customers and prospects with courtesy and professionalism. * Record and categorize leads originating from the website and other sources. * Assign leads to the sales team based on defined criteria (e.g., product, priority). * Conduct initial follow-up on basic inquiries and escalate more complex ones. * Support digital marketing activities: email campaigns, social media, CRM, and website management. * Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect databases. **Profile:** Recent graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or technical program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. **Experience:** Not mandatory.
