This role is to join a premium experience operation (yachts, tourism, hospitality), where AI is not theory—it’s a real tool to optimize, automate, and scale. **What You’ll Do:** * Design and implement artificial intelligence solutions * Integrate AI tools into existing systems * Automate processes (sales, operations, customer experience) * Propose and implement new ideas for continuous improvement **Essential Requirements** * Background as: * Senior Software Engineer * Software Architect * Technical Project Manager (with hands-on experience) * Practical experience with: * AI integrations * APIs (OpenAI or others) * Process automation * Having built/tested AI solutions (real or personal projects) * Conversational English (interviews are conducted in English) **Who We’re Looking For** * Builder mindset: executes, not just proposes * Technically skilled with business vision * Quick to learn and act * Curious and eager to build from scratch **What We Offer** * Competitive salary \+ bonuses * Participation in innovative projects within a premium industry * High level of autonomy and ownership * Direct impact on operations Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cancún, QRoo.
