




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with customer service experience to manage condominiums comprehensively, including finance, staff supervision, and resident and vendor support. Supervision of staff and services Job Profile * Completed high school diploma (technical degree or studies in administrative or accounting fields preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience in administration, reception, customer service, or related services * Must be over 25 years of age We Offer * Starting salary: $11,500.00 MXN, net * Punctuality bonus * One-hour lunch break * Office, laptop, and mobile phone provided * Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. (possible shift change to 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.; Sundays off Duties and Responsibilities * Attend to condominium owners and provide appropriate solutions and follow-up * Invoice stamping * Preparation of notices for special events within the residential development, dissemination, and follow-up on inquiries or questions * Bank reconciliation * Supervise cleaning, gardening, security, pool maintenance, water trucks, etc. * Attend General Assemblies (typically held every 4 months; rest day may be adjusted accordingly) * Database management * Vendor coordination * Inspection of proper operation of amenities * Respond to messages via ADV and WhatsApp, as well as answer calls from residents * Enforce regulations * Prepare monthly financial reports and activity logs * Record maintenance fee payments * Administration and control of general services (Internet, electricity, etc.) * Quotations for extraordinary services * Inventory updates * Draft custody documents for materials owned by the residential development and those used by vendors.
