A MAJOR DEALERSHIP IS SEEKING YOUR TALENT AS: **Accounts Payable Analyst** **Skills:** * ERP proficiency (BPRO preferred) * Advanced Excel skills * Excellent attitude, stress tolerance, and ability to work under pressure * Analytical capability **Knowledge:** * General accounting * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) * Database management **Job Responsibilities:** * Preparation of bank reconciliations * Electronic invoicing (CFDI usage, payment method and form, SAT code) * Payment scheduling * Payments to suppliers and service providers * Recording and application of advances * Preparation of supplier payment portfolios * Provision recording * Handling various administrative tasks **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs. / Saturday, 09:00–14:00 hrs.
