Negotiation strategy design **LAWYER** **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Law **(degree and professional license mandatory)** * Minimum **5 years’ experience in legal management, legal advice, and debt collection** * Experience in contract drafting, preparation, and monitoring * Experience legally representing private-sector companies * Experience working with clients from both public and private sectors * Knowledge of commercial and administrative law * **Willingness to travel** **Desirable:** * Experience in the pharmaceutical, hospital, or medical equipment sectors **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide legal advice and legal representation to the company * Draft, review, and monitor contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation * Manage commercial processes related to debt collection * Monitor the procedural status of legal matters before relevant authorities * Prepare legal documents, court appearances, and legal proceedings * Design and implement negotiation strategies with public- and private-sector clients * Coordinate the management of insurance policies, bonds, and contractual guarantees * Maintain communication with internal departments and clients to resolve legal matters **SKILLS** * Effective negotiation * Legal analysis and conflict resolution * Organization and follow-up * Results-oriented * Collaborative work **WE OFFER** * Gross monthly salary: **$30,000 MXN** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Monday to Friday (rotating schedule) **Location:** *CDMX, BENITO JUAREZ, Col.
