Main Responsibilities Post job openings on various platforms and social media. Review and screen resumes and job applications. Schedule and conduct interviews to validate each applicant's professional profile. Send candidates for psychometric testing. Maintain timely follow-up with psychology offices for psychometric test administration. Maintain a database of qualified candidates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Minimum 3 years of experience. Knowledge Ability to handle multiple selection processes simultaneously.
