Root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions. ### **Process and Quality Supervisor** Salary: $22,000 monthly gross A company in the concrete prefabrication sector is seeking a Process and Quality Supervisor to plan, organize, control, and execute activities necessary to ensure compliance with process and product quality standards. This position is critical to guaranteeing quality, traceability, and continuous improvement in plant-based manufacturing processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and supervise activities to verify compliance with specifications and technical standards during the receipt and placement of concrete, steel, and accessories. * Supervise casting, vibration, curing, and polishing processes during manufacturing. * Monitor and report production parameters per casting, with evidence of process and quality control. * Prepare and maintain process, product, and raw material quality records, as well as daily reports and product releases to ensure traceability. * Identify internal and external non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate raw material receipt with Production, Metal-Mechanical, concrete supplier laboratory, shipments, repairs, traffic, and assembly. * Coordinate product releases, warehouse deliveries, and site deliveries according to assembly sequence and schedule. * Promote continuous improvement and standardization of production and quality processes. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality and process control within concrete prefabrication, ready-mix concrete, or industrialized construction. **Required Knowledge:** * Municipal, state, and federal construction and prefabrication process and quality regulations. * Ability to review and analyze execution drawings for structural elements and reinforced concrete prefabricated components. * Prefabrication processes and dimensional control. * Intermediate Excel, Word, Project, and ERP or quality management system proficiency (preferred). **Competencies:** * High attention to detail. * Analytical thinking. * Operational discipline. * Effective communication. * Error prevention focus. * Technical judgment. * Willingness to work overtime when required. * Organization, analysis, and teamwork. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. * Monthly gross salary: $22,000\. * Pay period: Weekly. * Statutory benefits. * Individual major medical expense insurance with optional family coverage. * Life insurance. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers.
