Responsibilities: * Prepare and calculate weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls. * Administer payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, bonuses). * Calculate deductions and earnings in accordance with current legislation. * Operate payroll systems NOMIPAQ, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SUA. * Submit payroll reports to management. * Provide personnel support for payment and benefits clarifications. * Fulfill tax obligations related to payroll. Requirements: * Age: 30–45 years. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SUA. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
