




Job Summary: This position ensures daytime operations by supervising security personnel, maintaining direct contact with clients, and guaranteeing service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead daytime shift operations with security personnel. 2. Maintain constant communication and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Address operational incidents in real time and prepare reports. **I. JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure proper daytime shift operations by coordinating and supervising private security personnel across various service locations, maintaining direct client contact, guaranteeing service quality, and addressing operational incidents in real time. **II. WORK SCHEDULE** * **Standard schedule:** 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Schedule flexibility required**, as the operational nature of the service may necessitate extended working hours, coverage of extraordinary incidents, or response to urgent situations outside standard hours. **III. JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education** * Minimum: Completed high school diploma. * Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminalistics, Public Security, or related fields. **Experience** * Prior experience in private security and/or operational supervision (preferred). **Technical and Operational Requirements** ✔ Completed high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Security, or related fields preferred). ✔ Experience in **private security or operational supervision**. ✔ Experience in **CTPAT and industrial security**. ✔ Personnel management experience. ✔ Valid **Class C driver’s license**. ✔ Ability to operate a **standard vehicle**. ✔ Willingness to travel between service locations in Tijuana. ✔ Basic proficiency in **Google Sheets or administrative tools**. **IV. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead daytime shift operations (the shift with highest activity and commercial interaction). * Supervise and coordinate security personnel on duty. * Verify compliance with instructions, patrols, and operational procedures. * Maintain constant communication with clients and respond to their requests. * Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction. * Identify, address, and follow up on incidents in real time. * Escalate critical situations promptly according to the chain of command. * Prepare operational reports, logs, and periodic reports. * Generate presentations, charts, and basic performance analyses. * Support training and feedback for operational personnel. * Coordinate operational transfers and visits to service locations. **V.
