Leading through adverse situations and applying established procedures **Private Security Company Seeks:** ***Monitoring Operator*** **Job Objective:** As an operator of an alarm, video, security personnel, and/or emergency services monitoring and control center, the incumbent will be responsible for supervising and protecting all persons and sites connected to the monitoring center; their ongoing mission is to provide timely response and attention to emergency situations. Therefore, they must remain alert, respond to alarms, and lead through adverse situations to implement and comply with established procedures—whether dispatching supervision teams, contacting authorities, or making notifications at the appropriate level. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, or related field. * Languages: Basic English. * Experience: 1–2 years in alarm and monitoring centers. * Intermediate computer equipment proficiency. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Primary Responsibilities:** * Handling calls and emergency situations * Monitoring video surveillance systems * Monitoring intrusion alarm systems * Providing advisory support and assistance to system users * Dispatching emergency response and/or supervision teams **Additional Skills:** * Strong conflict management skills * Organized * Negotiation skills * Frustration tolerance * Results-oriented * Leadership skills * Teamwork ability * Sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly **net** salary: $15,000 MXN. * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits.
