




Position Summary: Support commercial, civil, family, and amparo (constitutional protection) legal matters by participating in case file development and real litigation activities. The selected candidate will support the monitoring and handling of commercial, civil, family, and amparo legal matters, actively participating in case file development and litigation-related activities. Key responsibilities include: • Drafting, reviewing, and tracking motions, legal briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents. • Reviewing physical and electronic case files in local and federal courts. • Filing motions and managing procedural formalities before judicial authorities. • Assisting with judicial proceedings, hearings, and official court actions. • Monitoring court orders, procedural deadlines, and notifications. • Supporting amparo lawsuit procedures. • Organizing and managing documents, case files, and evidence. • Collaborating on the legal strategy for assigned cases. • Engaging in direct courtroom practice with continuous mentoring and training.
