




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in accounting and administration to handle taxes, reconciliations, reporting, internal control, as well as administrative tasks and client/supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Tax and filing experience 2. Proficiency in Office suite and intermediate-to-advanced Excel 3. Comprehensive administrative and accounting management Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration required. Minimum three years of experience in a similar position. Experience in taxes and filings. Resource optimization. Bank reconciliations. Preparation of monthly and annual reports. Preparation of financial statements. Experience or knowledge of government tenders. Processing official procedures at government agencies, banks, and notaries. Revenue invoicing, expense invoicing. Internal control. Administrative activities. Client and supplier management. Office and personnel management. Proficiency in Office suite, intermediate-to-advanced Excel usage. Preference for candidates residing in the southwest area of the city (Xamaipak neighborhood or nearby). Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Monthly salary: $13,000. Statutory benefits.
