




Position Summary: We are seeking proactive and organized attorneys to join a growing notary office, with experience in drafting and closing public deeds, contract review, and client interaction. Direct client interaction and legal document review We are looking for attorneys to join a growing notary office located in the northern part of the city. **MUST-HAVE** * Proficiency in Declaranot. * Recent internal work experience at a notary office. * Drafting and closing of projects before the Public Registry. **REQUIREMENTS:** * 3 to 5 years or more of experience drafting and closing notarial deeds. * Law degree. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of the Notarial Law, INSEJUPY regulations, Income Tax Law, VAT Law, and Anti-Money Laundering Law. * Proactive, organized, with strong spelling and excellent writing skills. * Driver's license preferred. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Drafting and closing of public deeds. * Contract review. * Requesting and reviewing legal documentation. * Direct interaction with end clients. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly net salary of $12,000 to $14,000 MXN, depending on experience and qualifications. * Statutory benefits. * Professional growth opportunities. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * At which notary offices have you worked?
