Position: Public Accountant with real estate experience Company: Alma Corporativo Location: Francisco de Montejo Y Colonia Altabrisa, Mérida, Yucatán **Job Description:** At Alma Corporativo, we are seeking a Public Accountant with experience in the real estate sector, capable of managing general accounting, tax compliance, and administrative-financial control of the company, ensuring proper management and recording of operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * General accounting and preparation of financial statements. * Control and supervision of income and expenses related to real estate operations. * Monthly and annual tax filings. * Management of electronic invoicing and bank reconciliations. * Tax calculations and fulfillment of tax obligations before SAT. * Analysis of costs and budgets for real estate projects. * Preparation of financial reports for management. * Support during internal and external audits. * Coordination with notaries and authorities on tax matters related to real estate. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree and professional license required). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate accounting. * Solid knowledge of tax and accounting regulations. * Valid driver's license. * Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi, SAE, etc.) and advanced Excel. * Organized, professional ethics, and attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Salary: $10,000 MXN biweekly. * Job stability. * Good work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the company.
