This includes comprehensive direction, administration, and control of warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), account profitability, operational control, customer satisfaction, and contractual obligations. ***Key Tasks:*** * Weekly KPI review per account. * Brief floor walkthroughs (receiving, picking, shipping). * Align priorities with Supervisors / Department Heads. * Clarify volume changes, urgencies, or peaks. * Confirm action plans for deviations. * Address open customer issues. * Proactively report deviations and related action plans. * Coordinate critical windows (peaks, campaigns, promotions). * Align commercial and operational priorities. * Billing (validate and authorize monthly invoicing). * Direct daily warehouse operations. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual KPIs. * Oversee inventory and guarantee accuracy. * Implement continuous improvement strategies. * Manage operational and administrative staff. * Coordinate launch of new accounts or projects. * Analyze operational deviations and define action plans. * Lead monthly performance meetings with work teams. * Ensure regulatory and safety compliance. * Develop middle management (supervisors, department heads). ***Responsibilities:*** * Achieve site-level operational and financial goals. * Avoid contractual penalties. * Guarantee account profitability. * Maintain workforce stability and organizational climate. * Protect client assets and inventory. * Comply with quality standards and audits. * Safeguard confidential information. * Billing. * Optimize resource utilization. ***We Offer:*** * Fee-based contract. * Net monthly salary of $19,000.00 MXN.
