Promote a positive work environment and regulatory compliance Support Human Resources processes at MASSIF, ensuring compliance with labor obligations and fostering a positive organizational climate. Responsibilities: * Manage personnel attendance, leave, vacation, and incident records. * Support recruitment, selection, hiring, and onboarding processes. * Administer and maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Coordinate employee training and development programs. * Monitor compliance with obligations to IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Promote initiatives that strengthen the work environment. * Develop and maintain a database of pre-screened candidates. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration * 2–4 years of experience * Knowledge: Federal Labor Law, payroll processes, IMSS/INFONAVIT regulations, recruitment and selection techniques * Skills: Organization, communication, empathy, conflict resolution Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,999.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
