




* Coordinate the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements. * Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, customer and organizational requirements, identifying and promptly communicating deviations or risks. * Manage and control QMS documentation, ensuring the preparation, review, approval, distribution and safekeeping of current documents and records. * Plan, conduct and follow up on internal audits, as well as coordinate responses to external, customer and certification audits. * Follow up on nonconformities, corrective, preventive and improvement actions, verifying their effectiveness and timely closure. * Monitor and analyze process performance indicators, preparing reports for Top Management and proposing improvement actions. * Promote a process approach, risk-based thinking and continual improvement across all organizational levels. * Coordinate staff training and awareness activities related to the Quality Management System. * Participate in the identification, evaluation and treatment of risks and opportunities associated with QMS processes. * Prepare and maintain updated information for Management Review, including performance analysis, audit results and improvement opportunities. * Act as the liaison between the organization and certification bodies, customers and interested parties on matters related to the QMS. * Verify the proper implementation of actions arising from organizational changes, ensuring no adverse impact on QMS conformity. * Ensure retention and availability of records in accordance with the organization’s defined retention periods. * Support process owners in defining, documenting and improving their processes. * Report promptly to Top Management on QMS performance, significant risks and improvement needs. * Conduct or supervise in-process inspections, sampling and verifications according to the quality plan. * Ensure appropriate use of measurement and monitoring equipment, properly calibrated or verified.
