Send CV to: laborales@iqa.com.mx Profile * Engineering or related degree (letter of completion) * Minimum two years of experience in this position within the automotive industry * Knowledge of and experience applying Quality Management Systems * Strong analytical ability, personnel management skills, and well-established capabilities for effective communication. Responsibilities * Supervise and ensure that the team of inspectors conducts sampling and inspections of raw materials for automotive products, in accordance with KPIs, adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety and Hygiene guidelines. * Coordinate the activities and schedules of the inspector team to meet established programs. * Train and qualify the inspector team according to established guidelines. * Manage and review the issuance and updating of departmental documentation based on operational needs. * Supervise proper compilation, review, and submission of information related to quality assurance services. * Verify completion of result reporting for weekly and monthly reports. * Report and generate Non-Conformities when regulatory requirements and/or objectives are not met. * Participate in internal and external audit activities. * Address and follow up on inspector team requests (e.g., leave applications, shift changes, clarification of doubts, etc.). * Promote a favorable organizational environment through exercised leadership.
