III. Scope and Technical Responsibilities A. Payroll Administration Weekly and/or biweekly payroll calculation. Payroll CFDI stamping in compliance with tax regulations. Calculation of ISR (Income Tax), employment subsidy, and applicable withholdings. Preparation of severance payments and settlements as required by law. Bank reconciliation following disbursement. B. Piecework Control Validation against authorized budget per project. Cross-check of physical progress versus payroll register. Identification and reporting of deviations. Pre-disbursement validation. C. Labor Cost Forecasting and Control Comparison of actual vs. budgeted costs. Reporting of labor cost overruns. Monthly labor cost projection per project. IV.
