Would you like to join the team? **Requirements:** * University degree in Organizational Psychology, Communication or Administration. * Proven intermediate level Excel skills. * Minimum of 1 year of experience or more in roles such as Organizational Development Analyst, culture, TRAINING OR COMMUNICATION. **Responsibilities:** * Implement organizational development and culture strategies. * Conduct workplace assessments. * Coordinate and supervise programs carried out within the company. * Alignment in communication and image (communication boards, screens, etc). * Support in dissemination of programs and internal announcements. * Monitor employee training. * Promote organizational culture through change initiatives. * Strategies for controlling and improving indicators such as turnover and retention. * Manage the organization of internal events. * Communicate and uphold the company's culture and values. * Handle GPTW and Performance evaluations. * Periodic store visits. **We Offer:** * Salary $15,000 Gross * Statutory benefits from day one. * Work tools (computer equipment and mobile phone) * Dynamic work environment focused on growth and continuous improvement. * Agreements with universities and scholarships up to 100%. * Additional rest days.
