A family-owned business undergoing professionalization is seeking an HR and Organizational Development Specialist to create and structure the HR department from scratch. This position carries a strategic and structural focus, oriented toward Organizational Development and Culture, aiming to establish processes, policies, guidelines, and a clear organizational philosophy that eliminates informal practices and lays solid foundations of order, accountability, and growth. The role requires a person with sound judgment, firmness, and influence—capable of supporting leadership in managing change, aligning leaders and employees, and serving as a neutral party between the family and the operational team. Recruitment activities will commence at a later stage, once the organizational structure and culture have been consolidated. Ideal Profile: * Experience creating or restructuring HR departments. * Strong knowledge of Organizational Development and Culture. * Ability to document processes, policies, and job descriptions. * Assertive communication, organizational analysis, and conflict management skills. * Prior experience in family-owned businesses or SMEs.
