Join our SIG team as… **Labor Relations Specialist.** We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist for our Querétaro operation, who will be responsible for managing labor relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, acting as a mediator between the company and union representatives, and preventing legal, financial, and operational risks. This role is critical to ensuring organizational stability, business continuity, and a fair and productive work environment. **Responsibilities** * Participate in collective bargaining agreement negotiations. * Monitor implementation of union agreements and commitments. * Address requests, complaints, or grievances raised by union representatives. * Act as mediator between the company and the union. * Guide leaders and employees in interpreting labor policies and agreements. * Mediate individual and collective labor disputes. * Support documentation of incidents and disciplinary processes. * Ensure compliance with current labor laws and reforms. * Prepare documentation and support labor authority inspections. * Coordinate disciplinary actions, suspensions, or terminations in accordance with applicable law. * Manage severance or settlement payments in compliance with legal requirements. * Prepare documentation for audits or labor litigation. * Collaborate with internal or external legal counsel on labor cases. * Communicate labor policies and regulations to employees. * Train leaders on appropriate labor relations practices. * Promote a respectful and legally compliant workplace. * Monitor labor-related KPIs and prepare periodic reports. * Propose improvement actions based on trend analysis. * Advise on workforce planning and change management. **Requirements** * Advanced Excel proficiency * Microsoft Office suite * Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation * Customer service orientation and service mindset * Advanced English (Mandatory) * 4–6 years of professional experience in this field * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits **SIG Competencies** We seek individuals committed to consistently delivering results—even under challenging circumstances—employees who foster an environment where everyone feels motivated to give their best and help the organization achieve its goals.
