Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to monitor key indicators, ensure compliance with credit risk policies, and develop strategies for micro-entrepreneurs, while leading and motivating their team. Key Responsibilities:* Monitor daily assigned Individual Credit indicators and targets, and implement necessary actions to achieve business objectives. Ensure that loans comply with credit risk policies prior to disbursement. * Stay updated on changes and updates to Individual Credit policies. * Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and reinforcement training processes for team members under supervision. * Develop routes and strategies for outreach and market niche expansion targeting micro-entrepreneurs requiring Individual Credit. * Ensure compliance with and proper application of VFM policies, processes, and protocols by team members under supervision. * Prepare monthly portfolio closure reports. * Build/develop a strong team by providing guidance, direction, and motivation. * Monitor collection management activities conducted by team members with delinquent clients. * Supervise the proper filing and documentation of files generated by team members under supervision. * Participate in credit committees and provide relevant observations on submitted credit applications. * Commitment to the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
