




Position Summary: Psychology or business administration professional responsible for supervising staff, pre-screening candidates, managing open positions, administering psychometric and technical assessments, and implementing onboarding and training programs. Manages organizational change and process improvements Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Supervision of active staff roster * Supervision of proper pre\-screening * Supervision of active job openings * Supervision and administration of psychometric and technical assessments. * Design and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees. * Identification of training and professional development needs. * Organization and coordination of training courses and workshops. * Development and management of performance evaluation systems. * Management of organizational change and process improvements. * Promotion of a positive organizational culture aligned with company values. * Conducting periodic employee evaluations and providing feedback. * Management and resolution of labor conflicts. * Mediation between employees and management. * Calculation of severance payments. * Management of employment contract terminations. * Preparation of administrative minutes. * Development and management of compensation, benefits, and profit-sharing policies. * Analysis and adjustment of salaries to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, subject to management approval. * Administration of benefits programs (socioeconomic surveys) * Ensuring compliance with current labor laws and regulations (Federal Labor Law). * Management of internal and external audits related to human resources. * Continuous updating on changes in labor legislation. * Attendance tracking for Labor Tribunal hearings and/or legal deadlines * Management of the employee database and personnel files. * Registration and deregistration of employees with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Supervision of payroll administration and working hours. * Handling of staff absences, leaves of absence, and vacations. * Facilitation of effective communication between management and employees. * Design and management of official letters for onboarding new collaborators. * Promotion of transparency and information flow within the organization (escalations). * Development of strategies for retaining key employees. * Implementation of recognition and motivation programs.
